To provide a lid made of a resin, which is a simple structure, is excellent in external appearance even if a regenerated plastic (regenerated resin) or the like is used, has no possibility of generating no wrinkle even when unevenness is formed on the surface, and is inexpensive.
A lid 1 for a trough has an approximately rectangular shape in plan view. The lid 1 for the trough is a multi-layer structure consisting of: a body layer 3 constituting mainly the lid 1 for the trough; and a covering layer 5 for covering the upper face of the lid 1 for the trough. The body layer 3 is made of a resin and the material is not predetermined if it has a certain level of strength and durability, however, taking the cost and processability such as weight reduction into consideration, a resin composition comprising the regenerated plastic (polyethylene, polypropylene or the like) can be used. The covering layer 5 is a resin foam, and for example, a polypropylene foam can be used.
