Abstract:
To provide a light emitting diode which has high transmissivity and transparency when the peak waveform of main emission light is 500 nm and is obtained by excellent moldability.
The light emitting diode 100 includese a light emitting element 2 and an optical member 1 for sealing the light emitting element 2. The optical member 1 is a cured object of a curable resin composition containing: (A) polyorganosiloxane having at least one of two substituents including a carbon atom directly bonded to the same silicon atom and at least two hydrosilyl groups; (B) a compound having at least two double bonds; and (C) a hydrosilylated catalyst.
