Abstract:
To achieve a light source device excellent in light utilization efficiency.SOLUTION: A light source device comprises: a light source unit that emits light in a first wavelength range; a wavelength conversion element that converts the light in the first wavelength range into light in a second wavelength range different from the first wavelength range; and a first optical element that reflects the light in the first wavelength range and transmits light in the second wavelength range. A first incident angle of a principal ray of the light in the first wavelength range with respect to a first surface of the first optical element is smaller than 45°, and a second incident angle of a principal ray of the light in the second wavelength range with respect to the first surface is smaller than 45°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
