Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of deterioration of a gain in a specified direction by scattering or blocking a radio wave by lighting arresting strips 300 and 500 and the problem of deterioration of the radiation characteristics of an antenna device since the lightning arresting strips 300 and 500 are arranged in areas on the outer surfaces of radomes 200 and 400 related to the radiation characteristics of the antenna device as well.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with the radomes covering the antenna device, with which a beam is mechanically or electrically scanned, and having a beam radiation area, where its own outer surface crosses a straight line extended from the phase center of the antenna device in all the scanning directions of the beam, and the plural conducting parts for lightning arrester provided on the outer surfaces of these radomes and grounded at the terminals of the radomes while forming conductive routes linked from the outer peripheral terminal of the beam radiation area to the ends of the radomes.
