Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture with a removable illuminating part, i.e., the part including an electric bulb, a socket for it, etc., which can be mounted and removed on/from the body of the fixture fitted with a power outlet through a single action without using a power cord.
SOLUTION: The lighting fixture comprises a body A and the illuminating part B. The position of a plug 5 is set to that position of a branch part 3 of the body A which is mating with the power outlet 6 when the illuminating part B is joined to the body A from above in compliance with the shapes of the branch part 3 and the socket part 10, the mounting and removal of the illuminating part B on/from the body A can be made by a single action without requiring confirmation of the position of the power outlet 6.
