Abstract:
To provide a lighting system of a merchandise display shelf capable of lighting merchandise on a shelf board brightly, reducing the amount of heat generated by LEDs, and extending the life of the LEDs.
The lighting systems 14, 15, 16 in the merchandise display shelf 1 are provided on the lower surface of the shelf board 6 in the merchandise display shelf 1 to light a merchandise display space S at the lower part of the shelf board 6. The lighting systems 14, 15, 16 have a plurality of LEDs horizontally, and a power reduction means for reducing power inputted to each LED as compared with the maximum working power of each LED.
