PURPOSE: To conduct smoothly a lining treatment by flowing a special resin in which a flake form of thin plates are compounded in the liquid lining resin at a specified ratio, at a slower velocity in the pipe inside at a first step wherein the lining treatment is divided into 2 steps of the first and second steps and flowing a normal lining resin in the pipe inside at the second step by a faster speed than the first step.
CONSTITUTION: The special resin is housed in a resin injector 4, and by opening a stop solenoid valve 5, a specified amount of the resin is filled so as to fill and close the pipe path inside between the specified length of the pipe path inside at the starting edge side of the buried pipe 1 from a launcher 2 inside in a liquid state. When filling of a resin A is complete, the stop solenoid valve 5 is closed, a stop valve 14 at a blower system side is opened, a pneumatic air from a compressor is charged in the pipe from the edge part of the launcher 2, while the flow rate is controlled with a stop valve 12. After the lining treatment of the first step is finished, a lining resin B is replaced with the resin A in the injector 4 and, with the same processing order as the first step, it is filled so as to close the buried piping 1 inside from a launcher 2 inside of the starting edge side and the lining resin B is set to flow and advance in an elastic flow state. Hence the coating film is formed in a thick film.
