Abstract:
To provide a liquid composition which is suitable for a spray and has high safety.SOLUTION: A liquid composition for imparting water repellency or oil repellency onto a surface of an article contains (1) oxide composite particles 11 having a coating layer which contains oxide particles 12 and a polyfluoroalkyl methacrylate resin 13 formed on the oxide particles, (2) at least either of high density polyethylene resin particles and acrylic resin particles as filling particles, and (3) at least one dispersion medium of butyl acetate and ethyl acetate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
