Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of a defect in inspection due to a defect in contact between an inspection stylus and an inspection terminal in a wire breaking inspecting process.
SOLUTION: On a surface of a TFT substrate TFTSUB, wires DS1 and DS2, and GS1 and GS2 electrically connecting ≥2 data lines DL and gate lines GL are provided, and inspection terminals DTM and GTM for the data lines DL and gate lines GL are arranged on ≥2 data lines DL and gate lines GL across an insulating film PSV1.
