Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeding pump device which secures the seal performance between a cylinder and a plunger while obtaining a high discharge pressure.SOLUTION: A first plunger seal 40A and a second plunger seal 40B are provided at a plunger pump (a second plunger pump) 3 which suctions and discharges a liquid (a liquid at the discharge side of a first plunger pump 1) forming two steps for sealing an area between a cylinder and a plunger. The liquid is suctioned into the plunger pump 3 through an area between the first and second plunger seals 40A, 40B.
