To permit the storage of liquors without deteriorating the quality of the same while regulating the temperature of the same to be suitable for drinking by a method wherein the liquors are cooled indirectly by a cooling device, conducting cold air to flow in a jacket, through the wall of a tank and are heated indirectly by a heating device through the wall of the tank.
The outer peripheral part of storage units 2-4 is enveloped by heater plates 18a-18c and a jacket 13, covering the storage units 2-4, is provided in a given gap provided between the storage units 2-4 mutually or between the storage units 2-4 and a casing 1 along the heater plates 18a-18c. The storage units 2-4 and a circulating fan 12 are provided horizontally so as to be full of the width of the jacket 13 and a rotor, having a length equal substantially to the width of the jacket 13, is rotated to circulate air, cooled by an evaporator 10, uniformly in the jacket 13. An electronic controller 17 controls the heat exchanging amount of a refrigerating machine unit 9 and the ventilating amount of the circulating fan 12 so that the detecting temperature of a temperature sensor 15c in a lower stage tank 4 becomes same as an objective value.
