Abstract:
PURPOSE: To drastically reduce the processing labor for higherprecision day's schedule and load leveling by simultaneously performing scheduling and load- leveling of work elements in each lot.
CONSTITUTION: An input means 11 inputs work time elements of each work process with respect to each lot having the flow of a series of work processes for the purpose of piling up the work load. An output means 12 outputs the result of work piling-up and scheduling. A capability operation management table 14 manages the capability and the operation time zone of each process. A load leveling register means 13 piles up and levels the load of work time elements inputted from the input means 11.
