Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long fiber-reinforced resin molding that has a marginal part without a corner part, in which physical properties and appearance are favorable, and that is excellent in productivity; and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced resin molding 10A is that a marginal part includes a filler 12a, and is performed by integral molding so that an edge face 13 of the marginal part may make a convex surface shape. SMC is suitably used as the filler 12a. Concretely, a marginal part material 12 having the filler 12a is integrated in the marginal part of the planar long fiber-reinforced resin molding body 10A. A prepreg in which the marginal part 12 includes the filler 12a is performed by compression molding to perform integral molding of the fiber-reinforced resin molding 10A in which the edge face 13 of the marginal part is a convex surface shape to be produced.
