Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature pyrolytic volume reduction device capable of shortening the treating time of organic wastes in comparison with a type returning a pyrolysis gas treated in a conventional gas cleaning device to a low temperature gasification decomposing device.SOLUTION: A low temperature pyrolysis device 10 comprises: a pyrolysis chamber 19 pyrolyzing organic wastes at a low pyrolysis temperature; a hearth holding part 18 holding a hearth for pyrolyzing the organic wastes at a low pyrolysis temperature; a pyrolysis gas outlet 26 exhausting the pyrolysis gas of the organic waste; an air supply port 25 supplying external air to the pyrolysis chamber 19; a gas-liquid separator 30 performing the gas-liquid separation of the pyrolysis gas exhausted from the pyrolysis gas outlet 26; a water spray tower 50 spraying gas treating water to the pyrolysis gas; liquid circulation portions (60, 70) returning a separation liquid separated by the gas-liquid separation together with the gas treating water; and an exhaust gas treatment portion 100 making a cleaned gas harmless by adsorption or a catalytic action and exhausting to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
