Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing an SmFeN-based rare earth magnet having high magnetic characteristics.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an SmFeN-based rare earth magnet includes the steps of: dispersing SmFeN-based anisotropic magnetic powder containing Sm, Fe, La, W, R (R is at least one selected from the group consisting of Ti, Ba and Sr) and N using a medium of metal or ceramic coated with a resin, and obtaining the dispersed SmFeN-based anisotropic magnetic powder; mixing the dispersed SmFeN-based anisotropic magnetic powder and modified material powder, and obtaining mixed powder; compression molding the mixed powder in a magnetic filed, and obtaining a magnetic field molding; pressure sintering the magnetic molding, and obtaining a sintered body; and heat treating the sintered body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
