Abstract:

To provide a magnet fixing method which can restrain unnecessary fill from leaving on the axial end face of the core body, and a core which is manufactured, using the method, and a dynamo-electric machine which includes the rotor.

This magnet fixing method includes a process of inserting a permanent magnet 42 into a hole 41B made in a rotor core 41, a process of injecting resin 44 into the space 43 between the flank of the hole 41B and the flank of the permanent magnet 42 from above the hole 41B, and a process of removing the resin 44 projected out of the hole 41B. The permanent magnet 42 is inserted into the hole 41B so that the space 43 may include the first section 43A relatively wide in width and the second section 43B relatively narrow in width. Then, the resin 44 is injected into the space 43 from an injection part 440 which is so made as to separate from the first section 43A and face the second section 43B.
