The vibrating motor 1 comprises a pair of motor feeding parts 14 and 15 which are provided at the main body 21 of a cover closing the open end of a motor case 10, and contact face parts 16b and 17b which contact with a contact P for feed capable of elastically coming out and sinking, being provided on the side of a board 30, and has a pair of plate-shaped energizing terminals 16 and 17 which are connected to correspond to the pair of motor feeding parts 14 and 15, and a spacer part 22 which is made integrally with the cover main body 21 and abuts on the peripheral face of the case 10 and separates the contact face parts 16b and 17b from the peripheral face. The first contact face part 16b has a first bumper α which abuts on the first flank 22a of the spacer part 22, and also the second contact face part 17b has a second bumper β which abuts on the second flank 22b of the spacer part 22.
