Title:
MAGNETIC BEARING CONTROL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3636939
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bearing control device reducible in cost by reducing the applied number of current control power transistors.
SOLUTION: X-direction and Y-direction thrust commands FX, FY applied to a rotor 6 from thrust control circuits 17, 18 are polar-coordinate-converted into a thrust size F and a thrust direction angle A by a polar coordinates converter 23, and a three-phase current value converter 24 converts the thrust size F and thrust direction angle A into three-phase current values Cu, Cv, Cw. A three-phase current control circuit 25 controls currents Iu, Iv, Iw flowing to coils 28, 29, 30, so as to coincide with the three-phase current values Cu, Cv, Cw from the three-phase current value converter 24, and three pole teeth of a stator 27 are excited to compensate the eccentricity of the rotor 6.
