Abstract:
To provide a magnetic bearing control device to reduce size and improve reliability.
A bearing control device comprises a position sensor 1 for a rotary body; a control circuit 2 to input an output from the position sensor 1 and output a control signal by which the position of the rotary body is maintained in a floating position; and an electromagnet current control circuit 3 to input a control signal from the control circuit 2 to regulate an electromagnet current from an electromagnet source according to an input. In this case, an electromagnet source voltage setting circuit 6 is provided to set the output voltage of the electromagnet source according to the number of revolutions of the rotary body.
