Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to be operated whichever may be supplied among various DC voltages.
SOLUTION: By a booster 8, the output voltage of a rectifier 4 is boosted which is connected to a DC power supply of either a low or a high voltage system. A parallel circuit 30, 32 having a smoothing condenser 34, 50 and an inverter 36, 52 is connected in series or in parallel to the booster 8 by a switching part 28. A DC electrification part 70 is connected to the secondary winding 66S1, 66S2, 68S1, 68S2 of the transformer 66, 68, to the primary winding 66P, 68P of which the output of the inverter 36, 52 is supplied, DC-electrifying the high frequency voltage of the secondary winding 66S1, 66S2, 68S1, 68S2. With the voltage of the rectifier 4 in the low voltage system, the controller 28, 88, 92, 94 controls the booster 8 so that its output voltage is boosted to a level corresponding to the maximum voltage of the low voltage system, switching the switching part 28 so as to connect the parallel circuit 30, 32 parallelly to the output of the booster 8. With the voltage of the rectifier 4 in the high voltage system, the controller 28, 88, 92, 94 controls the booster 8 so that its output voltage is boosted to a level corresponding to the maximum voltage of the high voltage system, switching the switching part 28 so as to connect the parallel circuit 30, 32 in series to the output of the booster 8.
