To provide a maintenance management device, a maintenance management system, a maintenance management method, and a program which can provide a further suitable maintenance facility in response to a request for maintenance of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A maintenance management device according to an embodiment includes: an acquisition unit which acquires a request for maintenance of a vehicle; a management unit which manages information on a maintenance facility which can perform the maintenance of the vehicle; and a selection unit which selects the maintenance facility requested to perform the maintenance of the vehicle on the basis of information on a desired time and date of a user of the vehicle, a place, and a maintenance content included in the request for the maintenance acquired by the acquisition unit and information on the maintenance facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
