Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the new manufacturing method of a foam molding and its foaming mold, in which an insert can be easily and surely installed and held on a molding surface and cracking, damaging, or deformation or the like of the insert rarely occurs.
SOLUTION: At a portion, at which the opening part 15 of the insert 11 of a foaming mold 20, an insert holding means 30 consisting of a hooking member 31, the tip of the stem of which is bent to nearly L-shape so as to act as a hooking part 33, and a driving device 32 is provided so as to move between the position, at which the means intersects with the peripheral edge 16 of the opening part of the insert, and the position, at which no means intersects with the edge 16, in order to hold the insert onto a molding surface 25 by pulling the insert holding means under the state hooking the peripheral edge of the opening part therewith toward the molding surface side for molding foams.
