Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a three-dimension object by melting formation, even when a resin to be used has a high molecular weight.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device of a three-dimensional object comprises: a melting part 2 for melting a solid material; a heating part 3 for heating the melting part 2; a plunger 4 for pressure feeding solid materials to the melting part 2; a storage part 6 for temporarily storing the melted material obtained by melting the solid materials; a discharge part (discharge port 61) for discharging the melted material in the storage part 6; a piston 7 for discharging the melted material in the storage part 6 to the outside; a cylinder 8 having the melting part 2, plunger 4, storage part 6, and piston 7 therein; a lamination table; a moving mechanism; and a control part. The piston 7 discharges the melted material in the storage part 6 to the outside via the discharge part, by penetrating the melting part 2, and the control part controls the moving mechanism so that the melted material which is discharged from the discharge part is laminated on the lamination table, based on a predetermined order and predetermined pattern.
