Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a folding plate roof capable of fixing it firmly and stably without ricketiness and excellent in work efficiency.
SOLUTION: A metal plate is folded in a corrugated shape having mountain sections 13 and 13' and valley sections 14 in succession, and interlocking sections 15 are provided to the insides of the mountain sections 13 to form roof boards 11. A metal tie material is folded in a corrugated shape having mountain sections 17 and 17' and valley sections 18 in succession, and plate pieces 19 are provided on the mountain sections 17 to form metal fixtures 12. Both right and left ends 20 of each of the plate pieces 19 are folded downward in an inverted fanwise-shape and are interlocked with the interlocking sections 15 of the roof boards 11 fitted to them from above to fix. The plate pieces 19 are loosely mounted in slots with rivets, they are capable of being horizontally moved and slightly rotated, and slippage between the roof boards 11 and metal fixtures 12 is absorbed.
