Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical film containing a polyimide resin, a polyarylate resin, or a cycloolefin resin, capable of providing slipperiness without deteriorating an internal haze.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an optical film containing a polyimide resin, a polyarylate resin, or a cycloolefin resin using a solution casting film forming method, a dope that is a raw material solution of the optical film is cast on a support body, a web (flow-cast film) is formed on the support body, the web is released from the support body and the released web is rolled up. In the manufacturing method, the web a residual solvent ratio of which is 2-150 mass% after being released is conveyed while contacting a conveying roll a surface roughness (Ra) of which is 0.01-4.0 μm and a surface energy of which is 101-400 mN/m at 20°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
