Abstract:
To improve the kneading productivity of plastic film laminated paper hard to be finely ground and the dispersibility of non-fibrillated cellulose fibers, to reduce heat generation in a kneading process and to further prevent yellowing in a manufacturing method of a paper compounded thermoplastic resin composition.
The manufacturing method of the paper compounded thermoplastic resin composition containing pulp or ground old paper and a thermoplastic resin and compounded by kneading has a process for heating and kneading a mixture or composition, which contains the pulp or the ground old paper and the thermoplastic resin, in the presence of a cellulose fiber swelling agent.
