Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique which can securely recognize a mark formed on a mark card irrelevantly to whether an image of the mark card is obliquely read.
SOLUTION: An MPU 2, when recognizing the mark card inserted into an insertion slot by an optical sensor state circuit 8 and an optical sensor group 7, makes a pulse motor control circuit 10 drive a pulse motor to convey the card, and makes image acquiring circuits 14 and 15 of an image read control part 4 read images of the top and reverse sides by driving image sensors 12 and 13. Then the oblique run quantity of the mark card during in the read of the images is specified judging from specific marks present in the read images and according to the specified oblique run quantity, markable positions on the images are specified to recognize the marks.
