Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve the durability of a water shielding sheet being a cushion material by reducing the deterioration of the cushion material such a nonwoven fabric constituting a protecting mat due to ultraviolet ray or the like in the protecting mat for protecting the water shielding sheet laid on the inside surface of, for example, a waste disposal site.
SOLUTION: In this protecting mat covering or laminating the surface of the water shielding sheet laid on the inside surface of the waste disposal site or the like, the protecting mat 1 is composed of a structure formed by laminating at least the cushion layer 1b for absorbing shock to the water shielding sheet and a skin layer 1a laminated on the surface of the cushion layer 1b and having weatherability and ultraviolet shielding effect.
