PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material supply device of a baking device for baked confectionery, easily supplying a confectionery material in a short time onto the baking plate of the baking device, for example in baking work of baked confectionery in an experience corner.
SOLUTION: This material supply device 30 supplying the confectionery material W onto the baking plate 4 of the baking device 2 for baked confectionery is composed of a movable truck 9 set on a throwing side of the confectionery material W of the baking plate 4 in a reciprocating movable manner in the front and rear directions, a supply conveyor 14 to place the confectionery material W, to be moved with the movable truck 9 and set extending from the upper side to the lower side of the same direction as the moving direction of the movable truck 9 in a horizontal circulation rotatable manner, a first fixing means 23 fixing a part placed below the supply conveyor 14 and allowing the circulation rotation of the supply conveyor 14 in the forward direction when forward moving the movable truck 9 to the throwing side of the confectionery material W of the baking plate 4, and a second fixing means 27 fixing a part placed above the supply conveyor 14 and allowing the circulation rotation of the supply conveyor 14 in the backward direction when backward moving the movable truck 9 from the throwing side of the confectionery material W of the baking plate 4.
