Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the inventory shortage by unifying the inventory control due to the store selling and the telephone selling. CONSTITUTION:When the product number of the selling merchandise is inputted through an input device 4, an inventory control table 14 is retrieved and the number of the selling of the merchandise is reduced from the number of the inventory of the said product number. When the product number of the telephone selling merchandise and the number of reservation are inputted from an opponent station through a telephone set interface 16, the inventory control table 14 is retrieved and the number of the inventory of the said product number and the number of the reservation are compared. As the result, when the number of the reservation is within the number of the inventory, the reservation processing of the telephone selling merchandise is executed, the number of the reservation is subtrated from the number of the inventory of the said product number at the inventory control table, and when the number of the reservation exceeds the number of the inventory, the reservation processing of the telephone selling merchandise is not executed. Thus, the inventory shortage is prevented, the burden decrease of a sales person is executed and the reliability of a customer can be increased.
