To provide a product sales data processing device capable of reliably preventing payments from being made using unavailable payment methods in an incentive system for transactions to which the preferential treatment under the preferential treatment system is applied.SOLUTION: The product sales data processing device includes calculation means, reception means, control means, and settlement means. The calculation means calculates the transaction amount based on product sales data. The reception means receives a piece of courtesy information. The control means controls to enable a specific payment method when the reception means receives the courtesy information.
