Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience that the length of weft immediately after an operation is changed by the displacement of the angle of a main shaft starting the operation.
SOLUTION: The control technology for a weaving machine comprises presetting the angle range of the main shaft for allowing the start of weft sending action by a measurement part for measuring the length of the weft in the angle range of the main shaft for starting a weft storage action by a storage part as an allowable angle range, in an operation input for starting the rotation of the main shaft, starting the rotation of the main shaft without starting the weft sending action and starting the weft sending action when the main shaft reaches the allowable angle range or a fixed time passes from the start of the rotation of the main shaft.
