Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invenstigate an effective standard which evaluates a low-frequency electric field or magnetic field, to provide a possibility capable of achieving an evaluation method which is generally valid as far as possible and to detect a load inside various electric fields or magnetic fields on the basis of a numerical value calculated by a user.
SOLUTION: The method and the apparatus in which a radiation inside the low-frequency electric field or magnetic field is evaluated according to the standard are adapted to also a portable measuring device. The evaluation method for the electric field or magnetic field is adapted to an arbitrary signal so as to become a proper instruction with reference to a special signal within the standard. The method is adapted to various standards by a parameter technique so as to be capable of being applied to the arbitrary signal. For the user, it is not required to know whether a signal to be processed is a pulse signal or a plurality of frequency signals. By this method, even a layman can ascertain the load which conforms to the standard. A dynamic range can be expanded sufficiently.
