Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of open-formed resin molding and a manufacturing apparatus therefor, capable of manufacturing an open- foamed resin molding continuously, easily and efficiently.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing apparatus has a mold 1 and a delivery part 28, and the mold 1 uses a molding unit having an opening 110 on the side of withdrawing a foamed resin molding 10. Under the condition that an end 101 of the molding 10 which is molded in the preceding time is left inside the opening 110 of the mold 1, the mold 1 is clamped, and the opening 110 is put into a state that it is closed by the end 101 of the expandable resin-molded product. A cavity 13 of the mold 1 is charged with pre-foamed resin particles, and the foaming of the particles under heating and the cooling thereof are performed. The molding 10 thus obtained is withdrawn through the opening 110 of the mold 1 and sent out to the delivery part 28. Then, to the end 101 of the molding 10, the opening 110 of the mold 1 is connected again to clamp the mold, and the similar operation it is repeated.
