Abstract:

To enably an operation to serially and stably perform by adopting a serial batchwise disposal system suitable for subjecting wastes (such as used domestic electrical appliances) to a gasification treatment without disassembling or crushing the wastes.

In gasifying wastes containing metals and combustibles by heating, the minimum feed of wastes per batch is determined from energy obtained by combusting combustibles contained in the wastes, the loss energy formed when the wastes are gasified, and the conveying takt time, and the wastes are gasified by a serial batchwise treatment system.
