Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a delay time of a second state quantity detected by a second sensor in respect to the first state quantity detected by a first sensor.SOLUTION: This invention comprises: a delay part 141 for outputting a plurality of sets of revolution speeds and outputs with one of a gas turbine revolution speed (the first state quantity) from a revolution speed meter (a first sensor) 25 and an output (the second state quantity) of a power generator from an output meter (a second sensor) 26 being delayed by a prescribed time and the prescribed times being different from each other on every set; a correlation calculation part 150 for determining a correlation about a phase of the revolution speed and a phase of the output in regard to the plurality of sets of revolution speeds and outputs having passed through the delay part 141; a set extraction part 147 for extracting the highest correlation set; and a delay time calculation part 148 for calculating a delay time Td of output detected by the output meter 26 in respect to the revolution speed detected by the revolution speed meter 25 under application of a prescribed time employed for the set extracted by the set extraction part 147.
