When the reinforcement or the like 11 is connected, the reinforcement or the like 11 is inserted into the metal fitting 12 from both sides, the front ends are further inserted into the centering metal fitting 14 and abutted, and melted polypropylene is injected from the filler holes 15 and the inside of the metal fitting is filled with it.
