Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the disturbance of a pulverized coal-fired boiler by suppressing the rapid purge of the residual coal from a suspended classification mill and finishing the purge of the residual coal in a short time.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary classifier is rotated (refer to range (a) of full line (b)) at a relatively high speed at time B when the control of unfed coal amt. is finished to suppress the purge of the pulverized coal or coarse powdered coal still remaining in a classification mill, and the revolving speed of the rotary classifier is gradually reduced after time B (refer to range (c) of full line (b)) to purge the coal remaining in the mill little by little.
