Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying method of the stuff to be dried and its device in which the microwave heating and the far infrared ray heating are achieved for the stuff to be dried, a decompression tank itself is heated and controlled by a separate external heating means to evaporate and dry the water adhered to an inner wall surface of the decompression tank other than the water from the stuff to be dried.
SOLUTION: In a drying method of the stuff to be dried in which the stuff to be dried is set in a decompression tank, the decompression tank 1 is controlled in pressure to a single or a plurality of target decompression degrees, and the microwave heating controlled by a microwave power unit and the for infrared ray heating by a far infrared ray heater are simultaneously achieved on the stuff in a part of or a whole of the total drying process, the decompression tank 1 itself is continuously or intermittently heated and controlled by an external heater 2 to constantly keep the temperature of an inner wall surface 1a of the decompression tank 1 at the temperature where water is evaporated, and water such as water drops present in the part such as the inner wall 1a of the decompression tank 1 other than the stuff is instantaneously evaporated.
