PURPOSE: To execute necessary processes such as blood-collecting and urine- drawing at the time of a load test by generating a predetermined discrimination signal at several minutes before each of a plurality of predetermined load test times.

CONSTITUTION: An IC unit 6 is included in a case 4 of a management device 2 for programming a plurality of load test times, and a signal generating means 8 generates a discrimination signal such as a buzzer sound, light, etc., based on a command from the IC unit 6. A start switch 10 turns on operation of the management device 2 and it also has a function of stopping the signal from the signal generating means 8, while a reset switch 12 is a switch for restoring an operated execution program to the initial condition. A changing switch 14 for changing the execution program changes a maximum of 256 kind of tests by operation. For carrying the management device 2, it can be retained in a chest pocket or the like by means of a clip 16. Management of times of blood-collecting, urine-drawing, etc., for load tests to be conducted at a hospital can thus be managed by the load test time management device carried by a patient, and the patient himself can execute blood-collecting, urine-drawing, etc., at a correct time by knowing the execution time.
