Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform fire fighting effectively in a place where fire fighting is difficult to carry through according to the conventional arrangement, for example at a skyscraper.
CONSTITUTION: A fire extinguisher shell 11 is discharged from a fire truck 13 at a high-story fire site 10 of a skyscraper 1. The shell 11 discharged from a launcher 12 flies while an extra-thin guide wire 14 is paid off. The operator in guidance 15 guides the shell 11 with a wired signal which is transmitted through a guide wire 14 such as a conductor wire or optical fiber so that the shell hits the fire site 10. It is also possible to make similar activity from a helicopter 16 hovering in the sky.
