Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successively use a nozzle shape refractory body by appropriately repairing after oxygen cleaning, and to exactly acquire replacement timing.SOLUTION: In a method for managing a nozzle shape refractory body, when a surface temperature Y of the nozzle shape refractory body exceeds 975°C, a refractory body for repairing of non-aqueous binder or aqueous binder is used for repairing; when the surface temperature Y is 794°C or more and 975°C or less, a refractory body for repairing of non-aqueous binder is used for repairing; and when the surface temperature Y is 794°C or less, the nozzle shape refractory body is replaced.
