Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which an all-solid battery of low cost having excellent performance can be manufactured with high productivity.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an all-solid battery comprises steps of: disposing a flexible sheet FS on a first active material layer 2 on an opposite side of a first current collector S and making a negative pressure to act on the flexible sheet FS from another side of the first current collector S to mold a flexible sheet FS to follow an irregular surface formed by the first current collector S and the first active material layer 2; and preparing, as the flexible sheet FS, a sheet impregnated with a polymer electrolyte material which constitutes an electrolyte layer 3 before molding the flexible sheet FS, or impregnating the flexible sheet FS with the polymer electrolyte material which constitutes the electrolytic layer 3 before or after molding the flexible sheet FS.
