To manufacture a concrete block by placing, at the same time, an internal concrete which is prepared by using a filler such as an aggregate made from waste materials and an external concrete having a prescribed covering thickness.
A bottomed boxy form 11 for manufacturing the concrete block has a partition form 21 which partitions the spaces for placing the external and internal concretes from each other while holding the prescribed covers for the bottom face and outside face forms of the boxy form 11. The concrete block is manufactured by: placing the external concrete 3a of a bottom face portion in the external concrete-placing space; placing the external concrete 3b of a side face portion as well as placing the internal concrete 2 until each placing height reaches that in which the external concrete 3c of an upper face portion is placeable; then pulling out the partition form 21 to integrate the concretes 3b and 2; and finally placing the external concrete 3c.
