To provide a method of producing no burrs at both ends of a worked part so as not to require a work of removing burrs.

A plurality of demarcated shaft parts 3, 4, 5 are formed on a shaft 1 by juxtaposing a plurality of outer-periphery grooves 2 in the axial direction. Worked parts 7 are formed, by roll-forming, on the outer-peripheries of the demarcated shaft parts 3, 4, 5 that are the outer-periphery of a shaft 6 having each of demarcated shaft parts 3, 4, 5, but excludes each of outer-periphery grooves 2. A shaft 8 having worked parts 7 is cut off at each of outer-periphery grooves 2, so that the shaft 8 is divided for every demarcated shaft parts 3, 4, 5 that have worked parts 7. Through-holes are formed through the divided demarcated shaft parts 3, 4 in the axial direction.
