Abstract:
To reduce the film thickness difference of the coating film on a base plate when a coating film is formed on a flat base plate by electrostatic spray coating.
When a coating film is formed on a flat base plate having a conductive coating film by electrostatic spray coating, the flat base plate is formed so that the outer periphery of the flat base plate has no corner part having a radius of curvature of 20mm or less or the outer periphery of the conductive film on the flat base plate has no corner part having a radius curvature of 20mm or less to prevent coating irregularity of the flat base plate in electrostatic spray coating.
