Abstract:

To provide a method for producing an objective useful protein by a continuous filtration culture using a separation membrane in the method for producing the useful protein by culturing animal cells in a good efficiency.

This method for producing the useful protein by the continuous filtration culture of the animal cells is provided by performing the culture stably for a long period of time in a good production efficiency by performing a filtration treatment by using an organic polymer separation membrane having 0.01 and 1 m mean pore diameter within 0.1 to 20 kPa range differential pressure at the membrane.
