Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING SPORE OF MICROORGANISM BELONGING TO GENUS TRICHODERMA, HAVING HEAT RESISTANCE, AND SPORE OF MICROORGANISM OBTAINED THEREBY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002191359
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an industrially feasible method for inexpensively mass-producing thermally stable spores of a microorganism belonging to the genus Trichoderma.
This method comprises inoculating the microorganism belonging to the genus Trichoderma on a liquid medium containing a carbon source, a nitrogen source and an inorganic salt, culturing the microorganism at 10-45°C while regulating the pH of the medium so as to be ≥6, and separating and collecting the formed spores.
