Then, an information attribute value obtained by digitizing the content of information is held in an information attribute holding part 11 in the information provider's device 1, the information attribute value of the information identifier and the user's attribute value received from the information user's device 3 are alternately reflected and each value is updated, information is selected by using the updated information attribute value and user's attribute value, and the list of the selected information, information designated by the user, and user's attribute value are returned to the information user's device.
