Abstract:
To provide a method that can efficiently recover silver eluted in a copper electrolytic solution by electrolytic refining of copper.SOLUTION: The present invention is a method for recovering silver contained in a copper electrolytic solution, and includes an extraction step in which the silver contained in the copper electrolytic solution is extracted by bringing the copper electrolytic solution into contact with an ammonium salt type ionic liquid-containing ionic liquid phase. It is a method in which, in the extraction step, silver chloro complex ions are extracted into an ionic liquid phase by bringing the copper electrolytic solution having the chloride ion concentration of 0.1 mmol/L or more and 10 mmol/L or less into contact with the ionic liquid phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
